Manchester City midfielder has won the hearts of Kenyans online after choosing Kenya as his favourite destination to go for a holiday vacation.The England soccer star who is currently on loan at Western United, spoke during an interview on Friday at Western when he was asked about his favourite country he would travel to.
Kalvin Philips, a Manchester City player in the viral Q$A session video shared online, has won the hearts of Kenyans online where many have camped at his social media platforms thanking him for showing love for Kenya.

“What is your favourite holiday destination?” The interviewer asked him.
“Kenya”, Phillips responded to the interviewer.
Following his preference for Kenya as his favourite destination for a holiday vacation, Magical Kenya, Kenya’s Tourism body has been left elated over the star’s remarks and welcome him to the country.
“Hey Kalvin Phillips, come kick it in Kenya again sometime soon, and bring the whole West Ham team with you!” Magical Kenya said.

Kalvin Philips visited Kenya in July 2022 alongside his lover after leaving Leeds United. While in Kenya, he visited Tsavo National Park among other places before returning to England.
“The past two weeks we travelled to Kenya on a Safari which was an experience I don’t think we will ever be able to top!! Me & my girlfriend love animals so having the chance to do our best David Attenborough is something we won’t ever forget, seeing these animals in the wild was unreal!” He shared this on his Instagram page.
