The Reds moves to the top of the English Premier League Table after defeating Vincent Kompany side Burnley 2-0.

 

Their Uruguay international Darwin Núñez scored just 6 minutes after kick-off giving the visitors lead at Turf Moor stadium.

 

Liverpool Wonderkid midfielder Harvey Elliot saw his goal ruled out for offside 10 minutes after second half kicked-off.

The second half looked like a two side match when both sides were searching for a goal, with Liverpool looking to double their lead while on the other side Burnley were looking for an equalizer.

 

Few minutes towards the end of the match, Liverpool Headcoach Jurgen Klopp introduced Portugal international Diogo Jota who was out injured and scored in the 90th minute to seal a 2-0 win over Burnley.

Liverpool are now currently on top of the table with 42 points having played one match more than Arsenal who are in the second position with 40 points.
