Man Defiles His Two Minor Daughters; Impregnates One, Forces Her To Abort

A father has been remanded to Luzira maximum prison until his next hearing next year to the defilement of his two daughters, impregnating one of them.
The 39-year-old Kakinda Bernard, a butcher in Masajja and a resident of Lufuka Ndejje is accused of assaulting his biological daughters.
Judge Ann Basemera Sarah of Makindye Chief Magistrate Court sent the culprit to Luzira until 25th January when he will appear in court to answer the charges of aggravated rape against minors registered under file number; SD; 109/06/12/2023.

Kakinda’s arrest was after his wife Nalweyiso Shamira 24 ran to the authorities seeking justice against her husband who she said caught red handed on many occasions assaulting her stepdaughters. She claimed when she confronted him, Kakinda beat her to pulp as means of silencing her.
When the issue got out of hand, Nalweyiso contacted the mothers of the children who in turn showed up with police at their home and arrested Kakinda. He was taken to Katwe police before being conveyed to Makindye court.
The eldest daughter aged 13 and in primary seven revealed that her father started molesting her as early as 9 years when her mother packed out of Kakinda’s house, leaving her behind.

He has continuously violated her until one point when he got her pregnant and forced her to abort. Kakinda further threatened to chop her into pieces if she ever uttered a word to anyone.
