Gospel Singer Pedro Henrique Collapses, Dies On Stage During Performance
The gospel fraternity is mourning the sudden death of a 30-year-old Brazilian gospel star, Pedro Henrique who suddenly collapsed on stage and died during his performance on Wednesday night.
The unfortunate incident occurred amidst the performance of his jam titled ‘Vai Ser Tão Lindo’ during a religious event in the northeastern city of Feira de Santana which was streamed online when he suddenly fell in front of his band.

Todah Music, Henrique’s record label revealed to Radio 93 that the singer suffered a massive heart attack.
The video footage from the night of his collapse shows Henrique who was dressed in an all white suit engaging the crowd passionately before he lost his balance and fell on his back, never to move again.

Fast responders rushed over to help the singer as the crowd looked on in shock. He was reportedly taken to a nearby clinic, where he was confirmed dead.
His last post on his Instagram page was on Wednesday where he was making an announcement of his new project which was to be debuted via his YouTube channel on Thursday night.
“Really looking forward to this release! Tomorrow at 18:00 is launching on the YouTube channel. Thank you #todahmusic & #aguiarmultimusic for such an amazing project.” The post read.
Todah Music posted the death announcement on Instagram on Thursday, “There are very difficult situations in life, for which we have no explanation. We just need to understand that the will of God prevails!

“We believe Peter will have a prominent place in the great Heavenly Choir! The songs in his voice will not die and his legacy will live on through his wife, his daughter Zoe and so many lives that have been and will be reached by Christ through the records of his voice!”
Henrique leaves behind a wife, Suilan Barreto, and a daughter, Zoe, born on 19th October.
