Man Arrested For Pretending To Be Mad, Spying For Terrorists
Security operatives in Jinja town have arrested a mad man suspected of being an ADF terrorists spy.
Uganda police spokesperson Enanga Fred revealed to journalists that the dirty man (name withheld) who is known for dressing in female skimpy clothing possessed an expensive phone which he allegedly used to take pictures of Embassy Bar and Restaurant, a place that attracts most of the rich people in Jinja City.
The man’s behavior raised suspicion prompting the security forces to arrest him. He was found with two AK47 bullets, hard cash in 50,000, 20,000 and 10,000 Shs. notes.
In the same way, police discovered that this said man was found with a list of parking spaces which he was paying for to park his car, registration number UBK 620F. Search for the car has officially been launched.
Among the exhibits, police also discovered and confiscated is a phone with 8 MTN sim cards from the man.
According to Enanga, the man was taken to a psychiatric hospital to ascertain if he was really mad and to their surprise, he was discovered perfectly normal.
