Good News To Manchester United Fans
England international Luke Shaw who plays as a left back has been a long term absentee for Manchester United after he picked up a muscle injury in a 2-0 defeat against Tottenham on 19th of August.
After the tests were done, the medical team advised Shaw to be sidelined for around 10 weeks.
As the red devils are preparing for a trip to Goodison Park this Sunday to face Everton who had a huge setback last week after they were slapped with a 10 point deduction after they were found guilty of breaching Financial fair play (FFP) rules.
United fans have something to smile about as both Luke Shaw and Danish international Rasmus Højlund are expected to be involved in this clash.
Casemiro Demands For More From Manchester United
Højlund limped off last weekend when United hosted newly promoted Luton Town at Old Trafford where Rasmus was forced to withdraw from the international duty together with his fellow Danish teammate Christian Eriksen who also picked up an injury in that match that will force Eriksen be sidelined for around 6 weeks.
But the good news to United fans is that their Champions League joint top scorer Højlund is also expected to be available for selection in Sundays’ action against the toffees at Goodison Park.
