“Nimeokoka Sitaki Kula Mshahara Ya Bure”: Meru MCA Resigns From Power
Meru County MCA has resigned from power to push for the dissolvement of Governor Kawira’s leadership.
Hon Kiambi Ngaruni, Member of County Assembly for Kiagu Ward resigned from power on Monday.
The MCA who was against the impeachment of Governor Kawira Mwangaza, said he doesn’t feel good to reap where he never sow.

He claimed that his resignation comes in to push for dissolvement of the county leadership and install upright leaders in power.
According to him, many politicians in power don’t know their work and always swindle citizens’ money for undone work.
“Sisi wananchi tunataka kuwaregeshea power zao kwa sababu sisi tumeshindwa na kufanya kazi. Na Mimi, nimeokoka sitaki kuwa nakula mshahara ya bure. ” he told the press.
He further alleged that his resignation is an implication of many politicians who are in power and unaware of their duties and responsibilities.

“Shida tuko nayo, sisi hatujui kazi yetu. Wakati tutajua kazi yetu, tutaenda kuwafanyia watu kazi. Mimi nimejifuta hapa na sirudi nyuma.” He vowed.
As a move to push for dissolvement of Meru County Government, he requested his sentiments to reach President Ruto and support Meru people to dissolve Meru County Government.
” Naomba hii kitu iende mbele mpaka President a-dissolve County Government ya Meru.” He added.
