He also revealed that choosing to stay away from drugs and alcohol has contributed a huge role in his success as a long serving leader of the country.

“I am now going to be 80 years old, and I hear you are asking me to continue leading the war. This is because I am fit, I am not sick. If I was sick in a wheelchair, you could not be disturbing me. I don’t take alcohol, I don’t smoke cigarettes, let alone the other poisons which I hear some of you and colleagues take,” he said.

He also stressed that sex should only be used for procreation and should remain disciplined.

“Are you inspectors of private parts? Sex was created by God for a purpose. It was created so that you can produce other people which means sex should remain disciplined, and deliberately used to produce new human beings, not as a pleasure item,” he added.

He also encouraged the citizens to instead focus on hard work and growth to help accelerate the socio-economic transformation of the country.
