Bar Owner Punishes Customer For Staggering, Falling On Solar Panel
The territorial police in North West Nile and Adjuman district, have arrested three individuals including a bar owner for the alleged assault and murder of one of the bar customers.
The deceased has been identified as 60-year-old Rose Lala, a peasant and resident of Tanganyika Village.
It is said that at around 6 PM, the victim who was drunk, tripped and accidentally fell on the solar panel of the Goli Luke’s bar.

The bar owner, and the other suspects reached and tied the victim with a rope on the wall of the bar where she spent the whole night standing.
The following morning she was untied and managed to find her way home. The matter was reported to police, and the victim taken to hospital, treated and returned home.
She later died from home. The 3 arrested suspects include; Padkazio Tioridi, Luke Goli and Micheal Mkwadri.

“Most of these murders can be avoided, if our communities remain law abiding, and through increased visibility by the police,” Uganda Police spokesperson Fred Enanga revealed, promising the family of the deceased justice.
