Singles Hold Prayer Conference To Get Partners
Divorce and domestic violence in contemporary marriages that are on the rise have made the church unhappy.
Marriage, a social rite is meant for companion, mutual help, procreation, joy and sexual pleasure as holy books say.
However, the rise of singles in the society is less spoken about as the youth fear commitment.
Following the rising trend, a church in Nigeria after discovering many young girls and boys are single; opted to hold a Singles Prayer Conference 2023 at Zion Ground in Hossan Estate, Ago Okota Lagos.

The conference tagged ‘Singles Prayer Conference With Meet and Greet’ carried out for two days, attended by thousands of singles to get their lost rib.
In live recorded sessions shared on Facebook, mothers and fathers who their children failed to attend the conference, showed up to pray for them to get love partners.

As captured in one video shared by Mama Zion on TikTok, the singles prayed and cried genuinely to their maker to have a fruitful end.
The prayer movement led by prayer director Evangelist Ebuka Obi, believes ministering to married persons living happy lives is one way of preaching the gospel.
On social media, Mideyah Digital Media narrowed down and discovered that during the conference, there were different preachers and counselors who led different sessions to ensure the singles see the value of marriage.
Some followers who attended online, carried their faith as others act as points of contact to represent their friends and relatives to get good partners and establish marriage.
