Pastor Ezekiel Pleads With Court To Allow Him Withdraw Ksh 50M

Embattled Preacher Ezekiel Odero has asked the court to allow him  withdraw Sh. 50 Million from his banks accounts to enable him foot bills from his international school and the church.

 

The Televangelist says the closing of his ministry’s bank accounts has severely shut down operations of private business such as the school and church services.

 

 

In a new application filed at the Milimani Law courts through his lawyer led by Danstan Omari, Pastor Ezekiel claims that locking up his accounts has resulted into financial crisis for his private endeavors.

 

 

“Cash flow issues occasioned by the freezing of the Applicant’s accounts is causing a negative impact on the workers and students associated with New Life Prayer Centre and Church and Kilifi International School,” reads court papers.

 

The man of the cloth in his applications says he supports over 2,000 needy students who solemnly depend on his cash which are now frozen.

 

“The closure of my accounts has an astronomical negative impact on the church and school’s operation as the over 2000 student’s daily upkeep will present a logistical nightmare,” he claims.
