Eldoret: Only Two People Attend Labour Day Celebrations

President William Ruto’s backyard  made an history after only two people showed up for Labour day celebrations.

Peter Odima, COTU North Rift  representative   and his deputy Rodgers Ombati were the only guests who graced the occasion which was to be held in Eldoret Town having the speech of their boss Francis Atwoli among others.

They laid a huge blame on the county Government for contributing to the failed event.

According to Odima, chairs and tents were not provided by the county as promised leading to late cancellation.

“We were ready to have the event. We had speeches from Nairobi. Some we will have to go back with while we shall leave others with the Governor,” Odima said

He further condemned the county urging that such should not repeat itself in future
