Pastor Ezekiel To Be Detained Until May 2
Pastor Ezekiel Odero is set to spend more days behind bars as he awaits Shanzu court to make a verdict on prosecution’s plea of having him detained for ten more days.
In their plea, the prosecution claims that those who died in Ezekiel’s church were buried in Shakahola.
Additionally the prosecution states possible ties between him and controversial Pastor Mackenzie
“The grounds for extended detention are very reasonable. If freed, he could interfere with the interfaith investigation,” said the prosecutor
Odero is facing charges related to the supposed mass killings of his congregants at New Life Prayer Centre and Church as reported by Interior CS Kithure Kindiki.
