Artist Releases Song Urging Raila To Continue With Protests
An artist has composed a song urging Azimio leader Raila Odinga not to leave protests until the cost of living goes down.
The song takes the bado mapambano tune.
In the song, the artist mentions maandamano(protest) many time with the word forming the main chorus while promising the ODM leader that he will be with him
“Raila usiache, maaandamano… Raila usiache… bado maandamano, maandamano, maandamano”
“Mpaka unga ishuke sisi tutaandamana…andamana…andamana”
The song was played today during Awzimio Multi-sectoral leaders meeting hosted by civil society at Ufungamano Hall today and become one of the songs composed in support of protests.
