Police Officer Lobbs Teargas In Search Of Girlfriend
A Police Officer based at Kasagam police station is reported to have lobbed teargas in a night club in search of his lover.
The cop is said to have gotten a tip of the girlfriend being in a lodging with another man. He stormed the lodging at 3 a.m and when he was denied access, he lobbed teargas before taking off on a motorcycle.
He later went to the nightclub where he lobbed teargas but was seized by members of the public who attacked him leaving him with injuries he is recuperating from at the Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital
He is also reported to have lobbed another canister within a hotel compound in Nyamasaria area.
Police in Kisumu East Sub-County are currently investigating the incident.
