Trump Pleads Not Guilty To Over 34 Felony Accounts

Former US President Donald Trump on Tuesday evening became the first former president in history to be arraigned in court over business falsification records.
On Tuesday evening, the Truth social media owner was arrested in New York City and taken to Manhattan Supreme Court to face indictment charges.
This came out after Manhattan Supreme Court grand jury indicted Trump after hearing testimony for several months about a hush money payment to porn star Stormy Daniels.
Indictment, a formal charge or accusation of something that serves to illustrate a bad system or situation that deserves to be condemned, Trump pleaded not guilty before court prosecutor.
In a 16- page indictment document seen by Billy O’clock Media, Trump was accused of falsifying business records in 34 charges to cover up his evil side in fight for political position in 2016.
According to the document, charges stem from an investigative team noted that in 2016, the former president was involved in hush money payment to a pornstar and Playboy model.
The document states that Trump paid a huge sum of money to pornstar Stormy Daniels and Playboy model Karen McDrugal for evil cover up after it had been alleged they had sex with him(Trump).
Further, in the 16- page indictment document, it’s alleged that Trump’s friendly publishing company American Media Inc, paid $ 30,000 to his former doorman who attempted to disclose that he had a story of Trump having a child out of wedlock.
During the 2016 election where Trump was fighting for leadership position against Democrat, Hillary Clinton, the fierce former US President Trump was facing more than 34 felony accounts falsifying business records that had been disclosed because of his trick of dishing out money to be considered clean and fit in contesting for presidential seat.
However, after pleading not guilty for the 34 felony accounts of business falsification, Trump went ahead and addressed the public outside his premise in Mar- A- Lago Club in Florida.
” Never thought anything like this could happen in America. The only crime that I have committed is to fearlessly defend our nation from those who seek to destroy it,” Trump said from his Mar-A-Lago property in Florida.
Now, Trump’s team has until August 8 to file motions to court by which prosecution will be responded by 19th September.
Moreover, Trump’s lawyers say; ” they’ll fight until the charges are dropped”. Additionally, judge Juan Merchan is set to rule the court motion during the next hearing scheduled on 4, December; where the court anticipate to see Trump defend himself in person.
