Raila To Sue Ruto At ICC
Azimio leader Raila Odinga has hinted on suing the country’s Head of Command President William Ruto over misusing police officers in an attempt to stop the ongoing protest.
Raila states that the ongoing protests were meant to be peaceful but the police he accuses the president of deploying, applied excess force contrary to the constitution.
“Tulikuwa tunataka kufanya maandamano ya amani, lakini Bwana Ruto analeta askari wanapiga na kuvunja watu wetu tutamshtaki na ICC.”
He went ahead to state that this is just the beginning of the many protests they will hold as he declares demonstrations every Monday.
