We Face Several Lawsuits, Mbaruk Mwalimu And Billy Miya Reveal (Video)

Mbaruk Mwalimu and Billy Miya confessed that they receive many lawsuits pertaining to their work.
On 16th of March,2023, Mbaruk Mwalimu and Billy Miya made their comeback on Radio at Radio 47 weeks after quitting Radio Maisha.
In a magnificent moment awaited by most fans, the duo made a grand return witnessed by content creators and YouTubers. In what can be described as a psyched up return full of energy, fun and usual synergy, the duo first expressed their “shock” in meeting once again.

Press briefing
They later had a briefing with members of the fourth estate where they explained their journey together way back from Baraka FM, Milele FM to Radio Maisha and finally now at Radio 47. In the briefing, the duo revealed their secret of working together for so long.
“Ni kujuana na kuelewana kikazi” Mwalimu said
Mbaruk who started his career as voice of the station then moved to production, revealed that his co-host Billy foresaw his journey taking into account his potential.

Why they left Radio Maisha
While stories have been created on why the duo together with other presenters and DJs left Radio Maisha, they got a chance to clean the air and put things straight as to why they left a station that still remain dear to them.

In what seemed to be a shocker, Mbaruk Mwalimu and Billy Miya confessed that they receive many lawsuits pertaining to their work. What they say on air especially the famous gossips, often land them in trouble and thus they have several lawyers on standby to handle the many cases streaming in.
“Tuna lawsuits kibao. We have a myriad of lawyers ready to represent us incase we slip and are slapped with a case in court”
The duo amidst collapse of Mainstream media, brag of being into the future as their new home remains the only Swahili audio-visual station in the country.They bring with them vast knowledge, experience and a wide audience they have gathered in their journey.
