Man Confesses Stealing Bible From Girlfriend
A man who was accused of stealing a Mat, pillow and Bible from girlfriend has pleaded guilty to charges of theft.
The suspect identified as Peter Owino, was charged before Senior Principal Magistrate Mary Njagi where he pleaded guilty to the charges.
He’s accused of committing the said offense on January 30,2022 in Njiru Sub-County, Nairobi County.
According to the Prosecution, the accused went to the girlfriend’s house and demanded for his breakfast of which he was offered but his sex
request was not granted.
Further the Prosecution states that this prompted him to start up an argument which went awe making the suspect slap the girlfriend upon which the girlfriend ran for her safety.
Upon returning in the house with a friend, Owino had left with the said items.
Ms. Songore was made to Report to the Police at Obama police station after which Owino was arrested in his House and police recovered the said items.
His case will be mentioned today for possible sentencing after the stolen items are availed in court as exhibits
