Man Kills Wife In Kakamega
A 67-year-old man is accused of killing his 54-year-old wife in Navakholo, Kakamega County over suspected infidelity.
The deceased identified as Rose Atieno, visited a cobbler who is their neighbour, only to be attacked by her husband.
“The deceased was hit by a jembe as the suspect accused her of infidelity,” brother to the accused, Alfred Wafula, told one of the media houses.
County police commander Joseph Kigen said the suspect is set to be arraigned once investigations are done.
The body of the deceased was taken to Kakamega Referral Hospital mortuary.
