AFC Leopards drew 0-0 against Gor Mahia at a vibrant Nyayo Stadium in front of over 15,000 fans in round 13 of the FKF Premier League.

 

The two rival teams displayed an entertaining match with both teams creating chances that ended in a waste.

 The point moves Gor Mahia to second place with 24 points in the current league standings.

This was the 93rd edition of Mashemeji derby. Ingwe could not end the jinx for not beating Gor Mahia since 2016. Kogalo has won The Derby 32 times in previous encounters whilst Ingwe has won 27.

 

Bandari Versus Nairobi City

In Another League Match in Mbaraki Grounds, Bandari edged Nairobi City Stars 2-1.

Abdallah Hassan handed the host team the lead in the 38th minute. Nairobi City Stars Ezekiel Odera converted from the spot seven minutes later, leveling the scores.

William Wadri scored the winner in stoppage time.
