It’s System Go For The 93rd Mashemeji Derby On Sunday
The 93rd edition of the Mashemeji derby headlines Sunday’s matchday 8 FKF Premier League action, as AFC Leopards host arch-rivals Gor Mahia at Nyayo Stadium.
Kogalo has won 32 previous encounters while Ingwe has won 27. AFC Leopards, who struggled in the early parts of the season, will be seeking to bridge the gap and maintain their winning form as they come into the game on the back of three wins on the bounce.
Gor also come into the derby on a run of good form, they are unbeaten in five with two straight wins
AFC Leopards are 7th with 17 points and Gor Mahia 3rd with 23 points.
Kasarani Annex will host a doubleheader, Kariobangi Sharks play Bidco United at 1 pm, and afterward, Sofapaka face Vihiga Bullets at 3:15 pm.
