Stella Mengele, Kenya’s gospel artiste from Kamba Land, has announced her exit from the entertainment industry.

 

The gospel singer has stated that she’s no longer a gospel artiste and that Christianity is biased and full of hypocrisy.

 

Starting today, I am not a gospel musician! God is real but most of what we call Christianity is bulshit & manipulation! Mnitusi kabisa! My faith is private now.” Mengele said angrily.

Mengele highlighted that she had encountered a lot of trolls on social media and the encounters took a toll on her mental health.

 

The Kamba musician also revealed that she had canceled some events she was supposed to perform and that she was also in the process of canceling others that she had set to perform in 2025.

Cyberbullying is hell! I may not know how to show every moment of pain I’ve experienced, the tears & Chills. The Mental & Emotional damage on me and my family that’s watching me go through it.

Unfortunately, Due to my recent experiences, and my current emotional state, I have canceled 3 events and now am Cancelling all my scheduled performances in 2025. ” She revealed.

 

The Spidi ya Ngai hitmaker also shared that she would refund money to all clients who had made early payments as she focused on her private life.
