“Sijawahi Sahau”: Gospel Artiste Zion Njeri Reveals Boyfriend Dumped Her Over Her Weight
Zion Njeri says that currently, her estranged boyfriend is not her type/ courtesy.
Zion Njeri, Kenya’s gospel artiste, revealed that her boyfriend dumped her in 2020 because of her weight.
In an exclusive talk on Maskani 47, the artiste stated that the boyfriend dumped her after he had already proposed.
Zion Njeri shared that she was hurt since she had invested her emotions in him and hoped they would get married after the proposal.

“Kijana mwingine alikuwa amenifanyia proposal sasa wakati wa kuniacha, aliniambia niende nikate nyama halafu nikija nitakuwa type yake na anioe. Japo ni kitambo huko 2020, sijawahi sahau.” Njeri stated as she explained how she felt after she received the hurting information.
“Alifanya hadi nikaenda gym, nika lower self-esteem yangu na nilikuwa ninampenda sana japo wazazi wangu hata hawakuwa wanamtaka. Kwangu, I saw him as the exact man.” She added.
Njeri explained that although she loved him, her parents never loved him. They used to tell her that he wasn’t her ideal man.

Further, the 26-year-old artiste said that although the man dumped her, there’s no second chance for a reunion.
The Amenijibu hitmaker stated that he’s no longer her ideal man and she has grown old enough through her past mistakes.
“Huwa ninamwona huko YouTube aki comment kwa nyimbo zangu. If you can’t beat them, join them. Sahii hata akija sitamkubali. He’s not my type.
“We grow through what we go through. We’ve grown and now we are okay and tables turn and so, tables turned.” Njeri explained.
