“Nakukaribisha”: Ringtone Invites Brian Chira’s Grandmother To His Runda Mansion
Kenyan gospel artist Ringtone Apoko has made a heartfelt gesture by inviting the grandmother of the late TikTok sensation Brian Chira to live with him in his lavish Runda mansion.
Ringtone assured Chira’s grandmother of his love and offered her a comfortable place to stay after she asked TikTokers to build another house for her.
In a video shared on his Instagram, the artist expressed his concern for Chira’s grandmother, stating that some TikTok users were taking advantage of her.

“Shosho wa Chira, hao vijana wa TikTok sio wazuri, wanakuchezea sana. Mimi nakupenda shosho, sasa fanya hivi kama mahali ile nyumba ulijengewa unaona hauskii mzuri hapo, nakukaribisha ukuje uishi na mimi hapa Runda. Nitakupatia main house, mimi nitahamia servant quarters,” he said in the video.
A few days ago, during a live TikTok session, the elderly woman appealed to well-wishers to help her relocate from the house built for her after Chira’s passing. She expressed concerns about her safety noting that the house was too far from the main road.
“Mkae chini mpange muone shosho ataishi aje. Mkiona ni nini tutaweka hata ikiwa ni fence ya stima ama ni kunitafutia mahali ingine mnijengee,” she stated.

Her plea sparked mixed reactions online, with some netizens stating she was ungrateful despite receiving overwhelming support from Kenyans.
