“Bro, I’ve Hustled”: Kennedy Rapudo Dismisses People’s Claims He’s Into ‘Wash Wash’ Deals
Kenya’s businessman Kennedy Rapudo has dismissed social media allegations he’s into ‘Wash Wash’ – illegal businesses.
In an exclusive talk with Dr Ofweneke, he stated that he started hustling at an early age, even before he completed his first Degree from the University of Nairobi.
Mr Rapudo explained that his first hustle happened when he was in form 2 and that he was selling pillows at his uncle’s shop.

The calm businessman shared that he pursued his undergraduate Bachelor of Arts Degree at the University of Nairobi and Master in Project Planning Management at the same university and later pursued a second Masters Degree in International Relations at the United States International University (USIU).
“Currently, I’m a businessman. Watu huwa hawajui Rapudo is a learned person. Huku nje wanasema tu Rapudo is in wash wash and many more things but bro, I’ve hustled.
“I’ve been in Nairobi for the last 16 years. If I’ve been in wash wash, by now there’ll be evidence. Hawaamini how I made it and can’t even ask. If they could go through my journey from where I’m coming from to where I I’m now, it’s all about hard work. “ He shared as he dismissed reports of being into Wash Wash.

Rapudo also revealed that what made him even work extra hard in life was when he was still an undergraduate and got a child. The elite narrated that he and his girlfriend decided not to abort but keep the pregnancy.
“I told her I don’t have a job but keep it. We will raise it and that’s my daughter Savani. She’s 13 years old girl and that was my turning point to start looking for some jobs.” He stated.
Further, he dismissed reports alleging he’s kept by his wife Amber Ray. He explained that most people are not used to romantic love or loving their wives, thus the biased comments.

However, he stated that if the government that would come after President William Ruto offer him a State job and he vetted in the Parliament, that’s the moment he would show the public his businesses.
“Whoever will come after Ruto and decides to give me a state position, and I get vetted by the Parliament, then I’ll be able to open up all my businesses, but for now, I’m a private citizen, not a content creator or public figure.” He asserted.
He further said he would keep on keeping his businesses private until the right time comes just to avoid online trolls.
