Grief As Friends, Family attend Catherine Kasavuli’s Requiem Mass

Sombre mood engulfed Nairobi Church as friends and relatives gathered for a requiem mass of the late Veteran Journalist Catherine Kasavuli.

With her body in a white coffin and sorrowful songs sang by the choir as the body was being ferried to the church pulpit and thereafter, pain of losing the fallen Journalist could easily be seen on the faces of those present during the mass

The  special occasion held today at Friends Church, Ngong’ Road marks the start of her journey to her final resting place.

Some fellow Journalists also attended the mass to bid one of their fallen heroes bye in a special way

The late who passed away on December 29th, 2022 after battling cervical cancer will be buried on January 14th in Vihiga County.
