“Alinikojolea Nikapona”: Ssaru Shares Day She Fell Sick, Got Healed By Old Woman

Gengetone artiste Sylvia Saru, popularly known as Ssaru shocked fans after she narrated her memorable incident that she’s yet to forget.
Ssaru said when she was young, an old woman peed on her after she fell sick and healed. Narrating her memorable encounter with Billy Miya on Maskani 47, explained that her mother told her the story.
Ssaru said at a young age, she contracted undetectable sickness that made her look emaciated and the only cure was to either drink her urine or look for an old woman to pee on her.

Since she was weak and emaciated, her mother looked for an old woman and peed her. “Nilishikwa na ugonjwa ambao mtu akikuangalia na macho mabaya(kupigwa dege) na mwili mzima nikawa kama skeleton.” Ssaru shared, adding that she rarely walked after she fell sick.
“Sikuwa ninauwezo wa kutembea vyema. Nilikuwa karibu kufa. Sasa, ikawa kwamba the only way ningepona ni mtu anikojolee au ninywe mkojo wangu mwenyewe.” Ssaru explained.
“Hivyo, waliita shosho fulani hapo akanikojolea na nikapona. I appreciate her sana kwa sababu she saved my life. I can’t even imagine. “ She appreciated the old woman for healing her.
The Gongewa hitmaker also disclosed she escaped a snake bite by a whisker when young. Ssaru said she was playing with a bicycle rim when she jumped over a snake.
The singer revealed that her impromptu jump over the snake saved her. “Rim ilipita juu ya chatu na pia nikaruka sasa haikuniuma. Sijawahi sahau hiyo incident. Hiyo chatu ingeniuma, leo hatungekuwa na Ssaru.” She added.
