“Change!”: Bishop Kiengei Forgives Syokau After She Insulted Him, Prays For Her Sick Son

In the sermon, Bishop Kiengei stated that Syokau struggles in her music career and providing for her son because of the online kinds of beef she engages with the men of the cloth.

Bishop Kiengei urged Syokau to change her actions, focus on the true gospel and save her son from struggles/ collage.


Bishop Ben Kiengei of JCM church has forgiven controversial gospel singer Justina Syokau and prayed for her sick son. In a recent sermon shared online, Bishop Kiengei was recorded testifying to the congregants that she had forgiven Syokau after she insulted him following the online joke he made on Vlogger Pritty  Vishy.

In the sermon, Bishop Kiengei stated that Syokau struggles in her music career and providing for her son because of the online kinds of beef she engages with the men of the cloth.

“We suffer because of our actions. We suffer because of what we do to others and cause our generations to suffer. Justina, you have to change for this boy to meet his destiny. The more you fight people, the more they fight back na mishale ingine inawezakosa kukugonga na igonge mtoto,”  Bishop Kiengei said.

Bishop Kiengei urged Syokau to change her actions, focus on the true gospel and save her son from struggles. He stated that she also struggles in her music career because of the online altercations.

“Most of the problems and curses do affect boys. Binafsi nimekusamehe. Nimekusamehe but take a new direction. If not, your current action may shorten or block your destiny. Your actions are the ones affecting your son,” he added.

The man of the cloth revealed that before he prayed for Syokau’s son, the child was too weak but he received healing.

“Huyu kijana alipoletwa Sunday alikuwa mgonjwa sana na tukamwombea na kumpaka mafuta. Macho yake yalikuwa meupe na lips zilikuwa zimepasuka, Sahii kanakaa vizuri,” he revealed after he prayed for Syokau’s sick son.
