“Nimemalizana”: KRG The Don Retires From Music, Focuses On Politics
Dance hall artiste Stephen Karuga Kimani popularly KRG The Don has announced his retirement from music. The singer has said his focus has shifted to politics in which he is set to vie for a Member of National Assembly seat in 2027.
Considering his social handles, KRG The Don said he would no longer do music or participate in showbiz. The singer stated that he will focus on politics as he prepares to become the MP.
Further, KRG announced that he had quit online kinds of beef and promised to solve any online differences and unfilled projects he had with any fans or business partners before calling a quit from the entertainment industry.

“That phase of my life is done nimemalizana na entertainment (music, showbiz, influencing, controversy & series). I enjoyed every single moment from online fights, vipindire mingi pia high and embarrassing situations,” he wrote.
To work on his goals peacefully, he also stated that he would serve God as he asks for His strength in parenting, education and business.
