South Africa’s fitness trainer Dlamini Nkululeko popularly King of Squat has advised ladies to eat more proteins and vitamins to get big behinds.

In an exclusive on Churchill Show, King of Squat said ladies should also do a lot of physical exercises to get big behinds. According to him, he achieved his well-built body out of exercises and eating well.

To ladies with a desire to have big behinds, King of Squat also listed the type of food ladies should avoid so that they achieve their goal of getting big behinds.

Among the foods ladies should avoid, he mentioned cabbages and potatoes as the reason some ladies don’t get big behinds. In his statement, ladies who get big behind should avoid the consumption of potatoes and cabbages and eat more proteins.

“Consistency in doing the exercises, eating well, especially proteins and vitamins like milk, avocado, and fish, and avoiding foods like cabbage and potatoes. With more proteins or high proteins, she can get nyash,” he stated.

According to him, he was born into a family where people have well-built bodies with well-endowed behinds. However, he said some people troll him on social media about his big behinds, yet he is a man.

“I get trolled on social media. For instance, some ladies force me to remove my waist bag for them to see something, but my bag is used to keep my phone,” he shared.
