“Mi Ni Lightskin”: Peter Salasya Excited After Receiving Portrait From A Fan
Mumias East MP Peter Salasya was excited after receiving a well done portrait of him from his fan.
Salasya, in evident elation accepted the gift praising the young man for his talent and orchestrating such a great portrait. He noted that the portrait was greatly done and it captured all the details including his skin complexion.In a video shared on his Instagram page he was seen holding the portrait as he analysed it while crediting the work done by the artist. He happily laughed as he engaged in a conversation with the young man.

“Wewe ndio umekuwa ukitrend kwa mtandao sana na hii picha? Na unaona amechora vizuri sana…sasa hii ndio mzuri, hii ndio imeweza hata unaona colouring mi ni mbrown, hakuweka black, unajua watu wengine wanaweka nakuwa mweusi na mi ni lightskin . Huyu ndiye amequalify kabisaa,” he sweetly stated.
Salasya wore a white t-shirt and a trouser as he met with the young man who is a form 3 student at the St. Peter’s School in Mumias. He spoke of his talent saying it was huge for a man of his age.Netizens also joined the funny lawmaker in praising the form 3 student saying his artwork was elegant and it really depicted the MP’s image.
