"Dr. Dr Babu": Babu Owino Awarded Another Doctorate Degree In Paris

Embakasi East MP Babu Owino has been awarded with an Honorary Doctorate Degree by City University in Paris, France for his exemplary leadership in Africa.

Babu was excited to receive the esteemed award taking his time to express his heartfelt gratitude to the university, for honouring him with the Honorary Doctorate Degree in Political Science.He took to his Instagram page to share the exciting news with his followers noting that his leadership skills have earned him the prestigious award. The awards event took place on April, 19 at the Historic House of Lords in London, United Kingdom.

“I AM NOW DR. DR. BABU OWINO. I take this opportunity to thank leaders without Borders Development Centre, UK for giving me an award for Global Excellence in recognition of my leadership.

I also thank CITY UNIVERSITY OF PARIS for awarding me Honorary Doctorate Degree in Political Science as an outstanding Leader in Africa in Honor of my Service to Kenyans. Lord this far you have brought me. BABU KWA SABABU,” he wrote.

In November last year, Babu also received an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Political Leadership from Weldios University in Benin. This is the second honorary degree for the lawmaker.

He gained media recognition as the chairperson of Students Organisation of Nairobi University (SONU), later rising the ranks to become an MP.
