Gospel artiste Ali Mukhwana recounted when he went to minister in Mombasa and the host pastor ran away from them before pay.
In an exclusive on Maskani 47, the award-winning Kenya gospel artiste revealed that the Mombasa incident will never fade away from his memory because of what happened to him and Tumaini.
Mukwana said when they were ministering at the Mombasa crusade, the host pastor was a calm man but when it reached Friday, he started to show some signs of worry.

The signs the host pastor showed, Mukhwana alleged they made him and Tumaini to approach him and enquire what was going on.
However, the man of the cloth covered his worries with lies about the fill of the grace of God just to blind them to believe everything was in place.
Contrary to their expectations, on their second last day of the crusade, the hotel receptionist at Milele Beach Hotel notified them that their host clergy was yet to pay for their stay and food.

“Kufika Ijumaa, niliona mchungaji ana wasiwasi sana napo nikamuuliza, mchungaji kunani? Akasema oooh bwana ni neema tu inashuka na inatosha.
“Jumamosi, kwa hoteli ilikuwa tumepelekwa tukaanza kuambiwa hawajalipwa kitu sasa tujiandae kulipa na kila kitu kipo hapo ndani.” He narrated.
“Mimi nilikuwa nimezoea kama kama agreement yangu na pastor haijaenda sawa, ilikuwa naenda nachukua spika na kujilipa lakini spika zilikuwa pale zilikuwa zimefungwa permanent.

“Si kitu ningeweza kung’oa. Tena hazikuwa za mchungaji. Zilikuwa hired na mwenyewe alikuwa pale tena ngangari.” Mukhwana added.
That not only shocked them but what hurt the most was the disappearance of the pastor on Sunday and that made them open up to the management and pardoned.
