According to the radio presenter, guests are always exposed to policies like leaving the shoes outside the studio but what usually irks is how the shoes, socks and legs of guests smell.

“If you know you’re coming in the studio for a talk show as an artiste, comedian or any person coming on the radio, policies are there like leaving shoes at the door but some you eeeish! You leave our studio smelling like a rotten rat that died inside.”Imanya said.

Imanya also disclosed that other times, the smell make them forget to ask important questions during the interview. However, when the guests leave the studio, they are forced to open the door to let in fresh air before they proceed with the show.

“Some of us usually forget the questions that we’re supposed to ask because we concentrate on your smelly shoes and by the time you leave the studio, we have to open the door for 5 to 6 minutes to let in the fresh air before we continue with the show.” She added.

The celebrated South Sudanese presenter following the irking behaviour of guests not having a bathe or brushing their teeth to the interview, advised them to observe body hygiene before showing up.

“If you’re coming to the studio, make sure your shoes and socks are hygienic or just put on clean open shoes to avoid such embarrassing smells.” She advised.
