6 Players With Most Hat-tricks in Football History

As today marks 6 years since Cristiano Ronaldo scored his 50th hattrick, we look at 6 players with most hat tricks in football history.

A hat-trick of goals is complete when a player scores three or more goals in a game. However, in Bundesliga they have a different rule for a hat-trick to count, scoring three goals in a game in Bundesliga is not enough to bag a hat-trick. Instead, all three goals need to be scored in the same half. For instance, Harry Kane recently scored three goals in Bayern’s 8-1 win against Mainz 05, but his hat-trick didn’t count since he scored the three goals in the two different halves.

As today marks 6 years since Cristiano Ronaldo scored his 50th hattrick, in this article we will look at 6 players with most hat tricks in football history.
