I Have Paid The Whole Year- Mulamwah Reveals New Rent He’s Paying That Has Shocked Kenyans
Mulamwah, the well-known comedian, content creator, and radio host, recently shared a glimpse into his evolving lifestyle and the factors driving this change.
In the earlier phases of his career, Mulamwah maintained a modest lifestyle despite his celebrity status. Despite earning a substantial six-figure monthly income, he opted to reside in a humble Ksh.9000 bedsitter located in a Nairobi ghetto. This choice, however, led to the end of his relationship with Carroll Sonnie, the mother of his child, who perceived Mulamwah’s frugality unfavorably.
Undeterred by this setback, Mulamwah later found companionship with Ruth K and continued to reside in the same bedsitter. However, as their family expanded, they made the decision to upgrade their living arrangements. Subsequently, they transitioned to a spacious 3-bedroom apartment nestled in the suburbs of Nairobi.

Mulamwah disclosed that the monthly rent for their new house amounts to Ksh.70,000. Despite the apparent increase in expenses, Mulamwah remains unperturbed, having committed to paying both rent and electricity annually. With a prepayment totaling Ksh.1.4 million for the entire year, Mulamwah expressed confidence in managing this financial obligation.
Looking towards the future, Mulamwah highlighted that their tenure in the current apartment is temporary. He revealed ongoing construction on his dream mansion in the village, indicating plans to relocate once the project reaches completion.
In summary, Mulamwah’s journey reflects a shift towards a more comfortable lifestyle, driven by personal and familial considerations, while also demonstrating prudent financial management.
