Eden Hazard Reunited With Now-rich Swansea City Ball Boy He Kicked 11 Years Ago
Eden Hazard finally met the Swansea City ball boy he kicked 11 years ago, the now-retired Belgium and Chelsea legend Hazard met Charlie Morgan in a more relaxed setting for the first time since the incident happened.
The Chelsea legend notably kicked out at Morgan for time wasting when he was a Swansea City ball boy. The incident happened back on January 23rd, 2013, 11 years ago in Carabao Cup clash played at Swansea.com Stadium in Wales.
In the last minutes of the match, Morgan quite shamelessly covered the ball up after it went out of play, which made Eden Hazard ruthlessly kick Morgan in the side to poke the ball out from under him to get the game back going.
Hazard was shown a straight red card for the incident where Chelsea was eliminated in the Semi-Final by Swansea City in a 2-0 aggregate.
On Wednesday, the now-retired Eden Hazard posted photos from his reunion with Charlie Morgan on his social media platforms and captioned. “A nice thing about retirement is caching up with old friends. You have come a long way in 11 years my friend,” the Belgian said.

When the two first met, only one of them was rich. Now, they both are. Charlie Morgan founded Au Vodka in 2016 a top alcoholic beer brand commonly used in UK and is reportedly worth £40 million.
Hazard sampled some of Morgan’s products and the two also played some golf during their reunion, proving once again there’s nothing that can’t be settled with a few cocktails and some mutually beneficial sponsored content.
