A Kenyan boss has set the trend after making a bold move leaving many questioning the kind of bosses they have.
In a post that has since gained a lot of popularity on Social Media, Fanaka Real Estate took their employees for a treat in Mombasa before issuing additional goodies to them.
Mideyah Digital understands the employees had a good bonding time as they enjoyed the cold breeze of the coastal city and later received gifts from their employer.
Their treat would later climax with one of the employees, Ignatius Kwena, crowned as the best employee.
He was given a whooping Ksh. 1 Million token as an appreciation for a job well done.
