The Bukusu tribe from the larger Luhya Community neither eat people nor kill one of the firstborns twin as the society profile them.
The break-up between a Tiriki girl Georgina and Bukusu journalist Raphael Situma has raised controversial opinion and biased information reigning in the larger Bukusu.

“Those people seriously ‘eat’ people”; to mean, when dating a Gishu or Bukusu man, get prepared physically because during intimate, there’s no mercy. They suggestively and genuinely “plaugh” the Garden of Eden.
Neighboring men who were ‘weak’ in bedroom matters lost their wives to Bukusu’s and Gishu men and later due to envy and unforgettable scenes, applied lie and rule to have powers over their women/wives.

They threatened them with a lie “Bukusu and Gishu men eat people”. Thus making upcoming and illiterate girls and ladies fear the Bukusu’s and Bagishu men.
Each community has its own cultures. Bukusu men don’t come into contact with mother-in-law’s. It’s a cultural law among themselves. Some men with hyena characters may fall in love with their mother-in-laws.
The notion Bukusu’s kill one of the firstborn twin used to exist eons back. The illiterate Bukusu men and women had a belief that if one sires twins as firstborn, one would die early between the two parents.
