Jay Melody, a Tanzanian love ballad singer has released a new song days after allegedly calling a quit from music.
Mid this month, Jay Melody posted on his Instagram stories telling fans that he has called for a quit in music but never disclosed what led to it.
“I quit music“, The Nakupenda crooner informed fans before going mute on social media.

Following his sentiments, a segment of fans alleged the love ballad might have had painful moments that led him to ditch music.
Another segment alleged the singer was chasing clout to release a new song after losing fan base from Kenya following his arrest in Nairobi for assaulting a Mombasa-based music fanatic.
After his shocking announcement, they went on and deleted some of his Instagram posts something that made many agree that he has honestly left music.

To leave many in utter disbelief, Jay Melody has released a new song dubbed Baridi and uploaded it on his YouTube account.
Prior to the release of the song, the singer was reportedly argued to have gotten a hotel gig in a famous city in Tanzania to mark a fresh beginning in a new business venture.
Now, fans have less to say other than consuming the jam of Baridi as they mark the end of the year 2023.
