Multi-talented gospel musician Alpha Mwana Mtule is finally a free man, Mideyah Digital has learnt.
This is after the musician who had been admitted at the Kenyatta National Hospital was finally discharged after clearing the hospital bill thanks to comedian Eric Omondi.
Alpha Mwana Mtule announced his exit from the hospital through his Instagram page on the morning of Tuesday, December 19.

The musician posted a video of himself thanking Eric Omondi and other Kenyans who raised KSh 450,000 in less than 24 hours and made it possible for him to get out of hospital.
“Thank you, all Kenyans, @ericomondi for supporting me Now am free you cleared my hospital balance manze nyi ni wasee wa maana sana. May God bless you all Nawapenda sana
Muendelee ku support my music.” Alpha Mwana Mtule wrote.
Following Alpha Mwana Mtule’s announcement, countless netizens took to the comments section of his post to thank God for doing his wonders with him as they also lauded Eric Omondi for rallying Kenyans to support Mtule.
The latest development comes barely 48 hours after Alpha Mwana Mtule disclosed he had been held at the KNH over the pending KSh 450,000 medical bills.

Alpha Mwana Mtule pleaded with Kenyans to help him raise the funds, but he was lucky enough to catch Eric Omondi’s attention.
Erico, in his usual demeanor and through his Sisi Kwa Sisi initiative called on Kenyans to contribute whatever they can so they can help Alpha Mwana Mtule get out of hospital.
And indeed, Kenyans heeded to his call and contributed whole-heartedly in a move that saw Alpha Mwana Mtule raise the KSh 450k needed to clear his pending hospital bill.
