Former Chelsea and Brighton Albion manager Graham Potter is being lined up to replace Dutch manager Erik ten Hag whose job at United is at risk after a bad start of the season.
Manchester United have already lost 50% of matches they have played so far this season. United have lost 12 matches out of 24 matches they have played, winning only 11 and drawing once.
Manchester United have been knocked out of two competitions so far this season, as they were knocked out of Champions League at the group stage level after finishing at the bottom of Group A.
United have also been knocked out of Carabao Cup after a 3-0 defeat by Newcastle United at Old Trafford.

Due to this poor start this season, Manchester United fans across the globe are putting pressure to United board to get Ten Hag sacked.
However, his dismissal looks impossible at the moment considering the fact that takeover process is not yet completed as the club does not want to make any big decisions until the expected sale of 25% of the club to Sir Jim Ratcliffe’s INEOS group is resolved.
Incase of a change, then English and former Chelsea manager will be a candidate for the United coaching role.
