Aston Villa Makes An Incredible Progress In EPL
Aston Villa have been flying since the Spanish and former Arsenal manager Unai Emery took over the club management in November 2022 after the club parting ways with England and Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard due to poor run of results.
Unai Emery’s first match as Villa manager was against Manchester United where he saw his side beat United 3-1 on 6th of November 2022. Since 4th of March this year, Aston Villa have not lost any match at Villa Park.
Yesterday’s 1-0 win over the reigning champions Manchester City was a great result that will go down in history of Villa fans and Unai Emery for several reasons including Emery’s first ever win against Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola in his coaching career.

Emery had gone 14 games winless against Guardiola but last night was a relief to him. The win marking 14 straight games unbeaten at Villa Park, put them in position 3 with 32 points above Man City who have 30 points and 4 points behind league leaders Arsenal whom they will face this weekend on Saturday at Villa Park.
