Eric Omondi Leads Online Fundraiser For Mother Who Lost Her Son In July

Nairobi woman Christine Kaluki Mbale is a stressed woman urging well-wishers to help her cater for hospital bill accrued to Ksh 2.8M to bury her son who died in July.
Son, Dylan Calmax Ajwang died of Meningitis in a hospital while undergoing medication three months ago and the mother who’s jobless, hasn’t gotten the money for a send off.
Via Kenya’s celebrated comedian, Mr Omondi has taken plea to Kenyans to help Christine bury her son.
” The Pain this woman (Christine) is going through is unimaginable. The pain of Losing a child is one thing but the Pain of not being able to bury a child is unfathomable.

“This woman has gone through trauma over and over again. She lost her child in July and she has not been able to pay for the hospital bill to allow her pick her Son from the Mortuary.
“Her son was diagnosed with Meningitis and passed on after 3 weeks in ICU. She needs CLOSURE. She needs to MOURN her Son. She needs to Move on. She is JOBLESS, FATIGUED and TRAUMATISED” reads Eric Omondi’s post.
In one statement published by the hospital where Dylan was receiving medication, the facility is also urging netizens to help the family.
Mr Omondi will on Wednesday evening stage an online charity fundraising to help Ms Kaluki bury her son on Thursday.
