Car Carrying Family Of 5 Burst Into Flames

A family of five have cheated death today at Mufu Junction after the car they travelling in swerved off the road before rolling and finally bursting into flames.
The accident that occured along Embu-Meru Highway today according to eyewitnesses was due to the slippery road resulting from the ongoing rains.
The eyewitnesses recounted rushing to the scene and to putting off the fire before rescuing the family
According to one rescuer, the family was trapped in the vehicle and their quick intervention saved the victims.
They were rushed to Kyeni Mission Hospital for treatment.
