Migori: Man Attacked, Murdered In Cold Blood

A 35-year-old man identified as Obadiah Nchagwa Chacha was found lying in a pool of blood with numerous deep cuts on his body.
According to an injured woman rescued by locals at the scene of crime, they were attacked by unknown people as reported by Kuria West police boss Cleti Kimaiyo.
“Locals came to the rescue of a woman who had visible injuries.She said that she was attacked alongside the deceased,”Kimaiyo said.
“He was injured on the left side of his neck, on the side of his chest and on the left hand”
A weapon believed to have been used in executing the murder was also found at the scene.
The body of the deceased was taken to Kuria West Sub County Hospital Mortuary while the woman was rushed to hospital for treatment awaiting autopsy and further investigations.
