Football World Supports Vinicius Jr After Racial Abuse

The football world all over the world came out in support of Real Madrid star Vinicius Jr. after he was racially abused by Valencia fans.

 

During the 1-0 defeat of Real Madrid by Valencia, the game was halted for 10 minutes after racist chants from Valencia fans. The Brazilian was sent off in the aftermath of the whole incident.

 

He took to his Twitter page to announce the incident.

 

“I’m so sad. The championship that once belonged to Ronaldinho, Ronaldo, Cristiano [Ronaldo], and Lionel Messi today belongs to racism.”

Football players from all over the world, including Neymar Jr.,Kylian Mbappe, Casemiro, Ronaldo, Ronaldinho, Antony, Romelu Lukaku, Karim Benzema, Kroos, Raheem Sterling, Ederson, Allison, Luke Modric, Carlo Ancelloti, and Gareth Bale, all came to the defense of Vinicius Jr. as they called for the racists actions to be stopped.
