Kisumu: Police Shoots Dead Rang’ala Girls Student
Chaos earlier today erupted in Kisumu city today bringing businesses to a standstill.
This is after residents staged a protest over shooting and wounding of their colleagues.
It is reported that police officers were pursuing a matatu driver who had run over traffic roadblock spikes when the shootings occured.
Three people were left nursing injuries as one other was confirmed dead.
The lady confirmed dead has been identified as Jacinter Achieng’ who is a student at Rang’ala Girls High School.
Jacinter was riding on a boda boda back home after shopping when a bullet hit her head.
The lady was on a motorbike when a stray bullet hit her on the head,” a witness Jane Auma said reported to Capital neys
“She fell down as the cyclist fled.”Auma added
