Liverpool Manager Jurgen Klopp Injured
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp appeared to suffer a hamstring injury while celebrating after Diogo Jota scored a late goal in Sunday’s 4-3 win over Tottenham.
Tottenham were down 3 -0 but later equalized and made it 3-3 in the 93 minute and many were convinced the game would comfortably end in a draw.
Due to the unexpected victory of Liverpool in the last minutes, their coach Jurgen Klopp jumped in a frenzy after the final whistle was blown just after Jota scored the winning goal.
His joyous flight however resulted in a hamstring injury where he was seen clutching the back of his right thigh.
Klopp was given an immediate yellow card by referee Paul Tierney for his high-profile tackle. But Gary Neville, who was commentating on the match on Sky Sports, claimed that the German should have seen a red card for his behavior in the corners of the chalk.
